	・ Importance of considering waterfront area between Yokohama and Makuhari （Makuhari is the entrance of city core when entering into Japan from Narita Airport） ・ Visitors to the waterfront area is 40 million/year; visitors to Tokyo Disney Land is 25 million/year: great potential of waterfront area
2. Situation of new Tokyo waterfront subcenter
	・ 40 ha of unused land （Proposed urban area for citizens is approx.16ha） ・ Temporary facilities (e.g., pallet town) are built by law revision; the limit is for 10 years ・ Toyosu market and northern Ariake area
3. Direction of waterfront development
	・ Shift from subcenter (receiver of demands by offices) to center of sightseeing
4. Agenda of development
